What am I running from?

It's strange to consider myself a "runner" or "jogger," but here are some thoughts about it six months into the activity. I get to talk about cannabis and "the catchy quality of pop songs by jilted adolescents."

A dad's humorous, musical response to Magic's song "Rude" has gone viral. It'll be interesting to see if his video hits exceed the original music video.
